After living in Argentina for 20 years I left the country and came back to my Great-Grandfather's homeland: England
That was 1998 and I started working straight away as a trainee chef in a small but professional kitchen in a well known restaurant in Oxford.
I travelled around the world cooking and learning new dishes and cultures.
My menu is a reflection of these places I have lived in and visited.
Spain, Singapore, Indonesia, Argentina, UK and the USA are the cultures that influence my food.
I have always dreamt to have my own business/kitchen.
Now after 20 years on the make I finally have my own truck and I am willing to share all these flavors, with You.
